FORM MEASUREMENT

The MMQ 400 is a universal measuring machine for extensive workpiece evaluation. High precision measuring axes in Z and X make every form measurement possible, including unusually long workpieces and large heavy workpieces. 

SHAFT MEASUREMENT

The new MarShaft SCOPE 600 plus 3D made its US debut appearance at IMTS. Combining optical and touch sensors in the same unit, the MarShaft SCOPE 600 plus provides 3D functionality and complete inspection of the workpiece in a single measurement. In a matter of seconds, the matrix camera optically measures characteristics such as diameter, length, radius, shape, location characteristics, etc., while a new 2D sensor detects features that are not optically measurable, such as cam lift on concave cam profiles and reference (clocking) features such as holes or keyways.

The MarShaft SCOPE 250 plus is competitively priced and designed to provide fast, accurate, fully automatic measurement of smaller shafts and turned parts directly on the shop floor, the MarShaft SCOPE 250 plus features a highly accurate matrix camera with four million pixels. The system measures parts up to 250 mm in length and 40 mm in diameter with an accuracy that is previously unknown in this market segment. An MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) of less than 1.5 microns + L/40 when measuring diameter and an even more impressive 3 microns + L/125 when measuring length is significantly more accurate than other systems using line cameras.

SURFACE MEASUREMENT

The MarSurf XCR 20 combines two high precision measuring systems into one, enabling both roughness and contour measurements to be taken on the same unit and with the same setup.

The MarSurf CNC premium Type 1 is a fully automatic roughness and contour measuring system designed to work on the shop floor and meet the needs of fully networked factory environments. Especially efficient on smaller workpieces and hard-to- reach spots, the MarSurf CNC premium generates fully automated measuring sequences, and can be adapted to provide inline measurement for closed loop control of production machines. Built around the highly precise MarSurf LD 130 and incorporating Mahr's automatic probe arm changing device, the MarSurf CNC premium has a vibration isolation system and an enclosure to mitigate environmental effects such as temperature, vibration, acoustics and humidity. High measurement speed ensures efficiency, and statistical evaluation of each feature allows effective closed-loop control of the manufacturing process.
